Purchase returns

The restriction on the return of such a type of goods as cosmetics is completely justified for the following reasons:

Cosmetics have certain storage conditions and rules, and especially professional cosmetics, since such cosmetics contain active natural ingredients. And this law, first of all, protects the consumer from unforeseen cases when the seller, if he had the right to accept a return, could not guarantee the quality of storage to the new buyer, because. the seller does not know under what conditions the previous buyer kept this cosmetic.

The Consumer Protection Act protects consumers from various types of fraud.

When Can I Return Cosmetics To The Store (Exception)

However, there may be times when the law may allow the consumer to return cosmetic products. These may be cases of returning goods of inadequate quality. For example, products that have significant deficiencies identified during the shelf life or products that do not meet the declared characteristics. It is also possible to return expired or counterfeit products.

The product can be returned directly at the time of delivery if the delivered product does not match what you ordered.

The product must be returned in its original packaging without damage, along with the accompanying documents.

If during delivery it turned out that the goods are not the same as the Client thought, the Client pays for and returns the goods at his own expense.

Exchange and return of goods of good quality can be carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase, if it was not in use and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved.

When returning the goods the next day after delivery or later (within 14 days), the Customer must pay all shipping costs. If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, it is possible to purchase any other goods from the existing assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, or receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar one at the first receipt of the corresponding product on sale.

Law on Consumer Protection

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, which establishes a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) if they do not satisfy consumers for any reason , perfumery and cosmetic products of good quality CANNOT BE EXCHANGED AND RETURNED, therefore we ask you to make an order in a balanced way and having considered your future purchase.

If the product corresponds to the parameters of the order and there is no damage to the outer packaging or marriage, it cannot be returned.
