Delivery by Nova Poshta
The order is completed and transferred to the branch of the Nova Poshta company within 1-4 working days. As soon as your parcel is sent to you, you will receive an SMS message with a TTN number, by which you can accurately find out the date of arrival of the order at the destination.
Note! The parcel is stored in the branch of the Nova Poshta company for 5 days. After that, it is returned back to the sender.
Delivery by courier "Nova Poshta"
The courier of the Nova Poshta company provides targeted delivery of orders throughout Ukraine. When the package arrives in your city, a representative of the courier service will call you and notify you about the delivery (30-60 minutes before arrival at the address).
If the order amount is from 1200 UAH and more, delivery is at our expense! Subject to 100% prepayment!

International delivery
Delivery around the world is carried out by the carrier "Ukr Poshta" and is paid when paying for the order. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of his personal data entered when placing an order.
Important! Shipping terms for certain products:
Items in the categories eco-products, supplements, eco food, and body brushes are shipped at the buyer’s expense and only after prepayment of the delivery cost (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta), as they are part of a partner program.
❗ If you make a partial prepayment for delivery only,the remaining amount for the product can be paid upon receiving the parcel.

Cash on delivery in the department "Nova Poshta", "Ukr Poshta".
Cash payment at the pickup point
Eco-products, herbs and eco-food are sent at the expense of the buyer as it is an affiliate programme.
