Clean and dry the skin, removing any oil, sweat, or dirt
Identify the target area
Cut the tape to the required length; use multiple strips if needed
Round off the edges for better adhesion
Peel off the backing paper without touching the adhesive
Stretch the tape no more than 50% (preferably stretch the skin or muscles instead)
Rub the tape gently after application to activate the adhesive
Remove in the direction of hair growth
Do not apply to damaged skin
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs
